This hotel is no lift because of renovation , we have to go to 1st floor for reception , the second floor for our room , the room is not so clean. The towel got smell n stain on it! The room tv is not function , n there is no tissue paper provide , only toilet paper , I definitely will not book this hotel again , btw , I book this hotel for one night stay cost Rm100!

The room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The kids had enough room to spread out without feeling cramped, and there was even a mini-fridge, which came in handy for snacks and drinks. Beds were comfy, and we all slept well — no noise issues at night, which was a big plus. The staff were kind and patient, especially with the kids, which we really appreciated. They helped us arrange a cab with car seats and gave some great family-friendly recommendations nearby (the local bakery was a hit!).

very old building. cleanliness if no complaint is acceptable should have changed the existing bathing towel. it is a no tier hotel. there are many goodies in thos zone.

A few days ago, I traveled to another city to attend a wedding. To avoid the fatigue of driving late at night, I booked a hotel for one night, expecting to get some rest. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. The hotel’s decor was outdated and unwelcoming. When I was at the front desk, I overheard another guest asking to change rooms, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. After checking in and entering my room, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of insect repellent. I tried to convince myself to endure it for just one night, thinking at least there wouldn’t be any cockroaches. To my horror, a cockroach crawled out of the corner just a few minutes later! I was absolutely disgusted and couldn’t stay any longer. I decided to check out immediately, even though it was already late at night. I had to search for another hotel in the middle of the night, which was both exhausting and frustrating. On top of that, I wasted the money I paid for this room. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to avoid it at all costs—this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Multiple cockroaches found in the room - behind the door, in the shower, on the desk. Very strong cockroach smell in the room as well. Hygiene is bad.

It is located at a very convenient location. First of all on the booking details said it has parking. It does not have parking. Only street parking available, need to pay to avoid summon and not alternative pay parking near by. The hotel WiFi was not working. So, I have to use my mobile data. Furthermore, the room floor damaged and was full of cockroaches.

Room doesn’t give any water or any equipment. Worst part the room full of cockroaches, when complain to reception for room change they refuse. Their charges was same as 4 star hotel nearby. Their photo in listed are totally photoshop or angle problem. Worst experience ever.
